Winging It, produced during Wholesome Games Jam 2020, invites you to experience the Spring as a bluebird. Choose the material for your nest, feast on nature’s bounty in the form of seeds, berries, and worms, and participate in quintessential bird activities. Most of all, take care of your eggs to make sure they hatch safe and sound. And, remember: don’t give up!

We were constantly running up against the tile limitations while implementing the background art, but it was a fun challenge to overcome

A very cute and wholesome little game and a really impressive one for GB Studio! Managed to use its aesthetics with the color palette, sprite size and the GB sound chip very well without making it feel like any technical limitations were holding it back. Lovely game!
