Mario dies a lot. Players around the world have been guiding Mario to death for over 30 years. But the player always jumps to a new timeline with a new Mario ready to go. What about all those timelines where Mario died? How do the inhabitants of the mushroom kingdom grieve the loss of their hero?

Mario dies all the time in his games. He falls down pits, he gets chomped by evil plants, he slips on turtle shells, etc.
fun maybe add a story
